about Baby Ants

The art of baby massage/ yoga is ingrained in our
tradition. We wished to bring back the tradition of the
infant massage with the parent in a safe and secure
environment. Skin to skin contact continues to be a
reassuring and physically regulating experience for
babies in the early years. It is wonderful to watch
massage become part of the parenting tradition. The
basic principles of yoga are adapted for Baby Yoga.

    Our Classroom

A welcoming, safe environment, where mothers could spend productive time with their little ones. One of the benefits of doing this in a class setting is that the parent has a teacher to guide her. It is heartening to taking the time to spend quality one to one time with your baby, massaging them, and interacting with them is and learn to speak their language! Our classrooms exhibit calmness and have been specially designed to meet the goals of these sessions. Our Yoga classes include a clear presentation of the knowledge to parents that they need to practice safely and competently. Songs and yoga together add to the positive dynamics of the session. The Course is open to: Mothers, Fathers, and Caregivers.
